cas-expo.org.cnLingwu county, which over its thousand-year history has always been a habitable place, continues to play a significant role and has been listed among the "Top 100 Counties in China" for 11 consecutive years.
Lingwu is rich in coal and electricity resources, and it is home to the Ningdong Energy Chemical Base, Yinchuan High-tech Development Zone, Yinchuan Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Yinchuan Hedong International Airport.
"I am Wang Xiong, director of the Lingwu's Commerce and Investment Promotion Bureau."
The completion of the "Green Power Park" is imminent. Lingwu is rich in land, solar thermal and electrical grid resources. There are 11 110 kV substations completed or under construction, as well as seven such 330 kV substations. The approved installed capacity of new energy has exceeded 10 GW.
Lingwu has also built a modern agricultural demonstration zone. A large-scale fruit and mutton production and processing base has been established, with existing high-quality breeding bases for beef cattle, dairy cows, pigs and sheep. Mengniu's globally largest single liquid milk intelligent factory has been put into operation here. Efforts are underway to create a top-notch high-end dairy product production and processing base in the country.
The modern textile industry has reached a considerable scale in Lingwu, with a modern textile industry chain based on materials such as cashmere, linen and blended fibers. There are already significant cashmere distribution centers and cashmere product processing centers in China and even globally.
The circular economy industry has flourished and expanded here, forming a "5+1" industrial system with a focus on recycling, distribution and resource utilization of recycled resources. Lingwu has become an important hub for the collection, processing and distribution of waste materials in the Northwest region and surrounding provinces and cities.
The new materials industry is gathering momentum for development. The planned construction of the 30,000-mu Majiatan New Materials Industrial Base focuses on the development of new materials, high-performance metals, chemical fiber manufacturing and other fields. It aims to nurture the development of new metal alloy materials and new environmentally friendly building materials.
The tourism industry of Lingwu has a long history. The 174-million-year old, largest Asian Dicraeosauridae national dinosaur fossil, the Shuidonggou ancient human site from 42,000 years ago, the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) Great Wall, and other "historical landscapes" are all narrating the rich history of this land.
Those with shared aspirations are not deterred by distance. Today's Lingwu, with an open and inclusive environment, sincerely invites entrepreneurs and friends from all walks of life to this vibrant land, to invest and innovate together, and to create a shared future.
